Project Address: 9004 240t' St SW
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Complete roof framing does not meet conventional construction. Provide calculations stamped
and signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer for roof framing.
2) Provide manufactures specifications for Sun Tuff roofing to verify that it meets the minimum 25
pound required snow load.
3) Specify rise and run of stairs.
4) Provide complete foundation information on the plans (i.e. what is supporting the shed floor
framing?). Also, a continuous foundation is required under the shed portion of the structure.
5) Clarify floor framing and support on the North side of the structure
