Please submit 2 sets of revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator 1. Describe the business use of Health Village, including equipment that will be used. 2. Revise building construction type to VA (1 -hour). 3. Double -leafed doors shown on the plans do not comply with accessible requirements of ICC/ANSI A117.1 Section 404.2. At least one of the active leafs of double -leafed doors must comply with this section. Based on the width of the openings, only single -leaf doors would be permitted. See section 404.2 4. Show customer reception/customer counter area. A portion must be accessible per ICC/ANSI Al 17.1 Section 904. Clearly show on the plans. Height: 26" minimum, 36" maximum. Width: 36" minimum for parallel approach, 30" minimum for forward approach, with a clear floor space per Section 305. 5. A separate mechanical permit with plans will be required. See enclosed handout for minimum submittal requirements. 6. Since the building exceeds 4000 square feet, plans must be stamped and signed by a State licensed Architect or Professional Engineer.
