During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please show the minimum Temporary Erosion Control measure in the Site, Drainage and Grading Plans.
Please make reference to Edmonds standard details E1.1, E1.2 and E1.3
2.Please show the footing drain an storm tight line connecting to their respective point of connection provided
for this lot as shown in the approved short plat’s civil drawings sheet C3
3.Please show how you plan to collect the driveway’s run-off. All impervious surface run-offs shall be collected
and conveyed to the short plat’s detention system.
4.Please show the driveway width and its limits.
5.Provide bottom of footing elevation(s) in order to verify your grading quantities and calculations. If in any
case the grading quantities exceed 500 CY of cut/fill SEPA determination shall be required. Please consult
the Planning Division.
6.You have miss-labeled the Water service line. Also, please show the water service line from the house to the
meter. Please see the approved civil drawings for the correction location of the water meter for this lot.
7.Please show the sewer line from the house to the Sewer Main. Please verify the exact location of the side
sewer for this lot for it has been revised from the approved civil drawings. Our records indicate that the side
sewer for this lot crosses the NW corner of lot 2. If this is true then sewer easement shall be required from lot
2 for the benefit of lot 1.
8.Please show the sidewalk as shown in the approved short plat’s civil drawings.
9.The proposed rockery along the north property line shall be offset a distance equal to its height from the
Right-of-Way line. Please refer to the Rockery handout #B63 and Edmonds standard detail E8.9
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
