During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
You have erroneously show the sewer and storm line for the proposed residence. Please refer to the
approved civils for the correct information. Please see sheet C3 for the required Storm information and sheet
C6 for the Sewer and Water information.
1.Please show the footing drain an storm tight line connecting to their respective point of connection provided
for this lot as shown in the approved short plat’s civil drawing, sheet C3. You are showing the footing drain
connecting to the detention system. That is not allowed. You omitted the downspouts drain line in this
revision. Please make sure both the footing and the downspout line are shown connecting one to the
detention system and the other to the footing drain line provided for the short plat.
2.Please show the catch basin shown in the driveway connecting to the storm system.
3.The grading quantities you have shown exceed 500-cubic yards, therefore requiring SEPA. Please contact the
Planning Division for SEPA determination.
4.Please show the water service line from the house to the meter. Please see the approved civil drawings for the
correction location of the water meter for this lot. See sheet C6.
5.The side sewer you have shown for this lot does not exist. Please show the sewer line from the house to the
Sewer Main. Please verify the exact location of the side sewer for this lot for it has been revised from the
approved civil drawings. Our records indicate that the side sewer for this lot crosses the NW corner of lot 2.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
