The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Show the location of the pump house.
2. Show where the sewer line goes into the house and where the pump house connects to the sewer line. The
connection point to the house side sewer must have a cleanout with a 12” locking lamphole cover.
3. Show and dimension the deck around the pool/spa deck itself. The pool itself is exempt from being counted as
impervious surface area, but the deck around it isn’t. If the total deck area is more than 118 sf, an on site detention
will be required for that and anything built after July 1977.
