Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Lot Coverage:
1. It appears this project will remain under the maximum 35% lot coverage
requirement. However, please provide the building footprint area (for all covered areas,
including the covered porch) for review.
Height Rectangle:
2. Is the rear fireplace bump-out included in the height rectangle? If not,
please revise the height calculations and update the site plan and all affected sheets
accordingly. If so, please move the dots on the site plan (points ‘C’ and ‘D’) so that they are
included in the height rectangle. Please be sure the project still remains under the 25-foot
height limit.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf)
