Here’s what I came up with: Survey Elevations Provided – A: 117.2, B: 119.5, C: 112.88, D: 114.89 = 464.47.  116.12 Average Grade 464.47 4 = 116.1175, which rounds to . 141.12 Maximum Elevation 116.12 + 25’ Max = . Average Grade of 116.17Maximum The Site Plan that was submitted on December 28 shows an and and Actual Height of 141.2 . Please take a look at the height calculations and revise to make them consistent throughout. Redlining the site plan and the elevations is acceptable. When you go through the elevations, please review each page and make sure only the most recent height calculations for Average Grade, Maximum Elevation, and Actual Elevation are provided, especially on sheets 13 and 14. Also, the Site Plan dated December 28 shows points C and D reversed – I redlined them but please double check. Thank you for your cooperation.
