I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Height Calculations:
1. The height calculations shown on the site plan (P2) differ from those
shown on the plans (A1.1).
Specifically, the data provided on the site plan yields an Average Grade of 75.16 and a Max
of 105.16. The site plan shows a Max of 106.16 and an Actual Height of 105.58. Sheet A1.1
shows the Actual Height at 104.58. Please revise both the site plan (P2) and sheet A1.1 of
the plans to make them consistent.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
