The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
SHEET P2
1. Original comment #13 was not addressed: Geo-Tech report indicates temp shoring along alley. Show temp shoring
on drawing. Provide cross section of shoring.
2. Original comment #14 was not addressed: Geo-Tech reports up to 7’ of cut but the drawing does not indicate that
much cut. Please clarify.
3. Original comment #15Driveway slope on south side is 15.7% from property line to building. Based on the
elevations at the alley and slab elevation the slope of the driveway at the east end is 15.3% and the west end
13%. The distance from alley to bldg per drawings is only 18.5’ which increases the slope. I would like to
suggest you ubmit a driveway slope waiver request for that portion of the east driveway that exceeds 14%.
4. System profile:
a) Original comment 16a has not been corrected: Based on invert elevations the slope of detention pipe is
2.5%. Change slope or inverts accordingly.
5. Based on the rim elevation of cb#2 and surrounding grades, it appears the rim stick up above the driveway surface.
Verify your grades in that location and adjust the rim elevation accordingly.
6. Provide an estimate of both on site and off site improvements so the bond and inspection fee can be calculated.
