(FYI only) The minimum north street setback in the RS-6 zone is 20 feet. The site plan shows 25 feet. Please redline/revise site plan to show 20 feet (otherwise I will do it for you when you resubmit, no big deal). Height Calculations: 2. a. What are you using as your datum point? I just couldn’t find it on the site plan. b. Also, please check your math on the height calculations. The total of the four points is 743.9 (site plan shows 742.9 – which throws the rest of the calculations off by a quarter of a foot). Please revise the height calculations and update the elevations accordingly. Please show on the elevations the Average Grade line, the Maximum Height line, and the Actual Ridgeline to scale.
