Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Setbacks:
1. (FYI only) The minimum north street setback in the RS-6 zone is 20 feet. The site plan
shows 25 feet. Please redline/revise site plan to show 20 feet (otherwise I will do it for you when you
resubmit, no big deal).
Height Calculations:

a. What are you using as your datum point? I just couldn’t find it on the site plan.
b. Also, please check your math on the height calculations. The total of the four points is 743.9 (site
plan shows 742.9 – which throws the rest of the calculations off by a quarter of a foot). Please
revise the height calculations and update the elevations accordingly. Please show on the
elevations the Average Grade line, the Maximum Height line, and the Actual Ridgeline to scale.

(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
