The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. 9/1/06 - Show staging area and dumpster location.
11/22/06 – Dumpster must be placed so as not to block the line of sight for vehicles exiting the alley. The
north edge of the dumpster shall be a minimum of 60-70’ south of the alley.
11/22/06 – Provide the lineal footage of parking area to be closed during construction.
11/22/06 – The staging area/dumpster area shall be clearly marked for visibility by pedestrians and
vehicles. Lighted barricades should be placed at both ends and reflectorized tape or cones along the
travel lane.

3. 9/1/06 - Indicate on the site plan locations of “sidewalk closed ahead” signs. The signs need to be placed at the
nearest intersections that have marked cross walks.
11/22/06 – It appears as though the sidewalk is to remain open during construction. Please clarify the
note “Sidewalk Pedestrian Protect.”. Please provide an elevation view that clearly shows the sidewalk
and building and placement of sidewalk protection. Provide dimensions of clear walking area to be
maintained.
