The height calculations shown on the site plan do not match the figures shown on the plans (sheet 6). The Average Grade on the site plan is 455.08 and the Max Height is 480.08. The Average Grade on the plans is 456.605, the Max is 481.605, and the Actual Height is shown as 481.305 – where did these new figures come from? Please revise the figures provided on the plans (sheet 6) to make them consistent with the site plan, or vice versa (redline is acceptable). Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
