The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
Sheet 1
1. How will the erosion fence be installed if all the current surface area is asphalt?
2. Barrier free parking stall does not meet depth requirements.
3. Does the subject property owner have an access easement with the adjacent property for access to the north side of
his existing building? Even if he has an access easement, parking on the north side of the bldg will not be
permitted, because vehicles are not to back out onto Hwy 99.
4. Where does the roof and footing drain pipe connect to? They cannot drain across onto adjacent property.
5. Show the location of the irrigation pipe. A backflow preventor is required, and must be shown on the drawing.
6. Show the location of the existing fire hydrant and power pole.
7. Show the limits of vehicle parking areas. Need to provide a Fire Fighter access isle to the building per requirements
of the Fire Department. Suggest marking out and identifying the isle as fire lane to insure no vehicles are parked in
that area. Work out the details with the Fire Department.
8. Put a note on the drawing that states what the building will be used for.
9. Since the ramp on the east side of the building is for barrier free, you will need to stripe the pavement that deliniates
the barrier free path.
