Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Height Calculations:
1.Please redline the elevations on sheet 8 to show the Actual Elevation,
Maximum Elevation, and Average Grade. This is an easy one to redline so I was going to
just fix it myself, but I couldn’t get the Highest Ridge line on the front elevation to scale out
– please show the Average Grade line on this elevation and make sure that the Max Elevation
is 25 feet from this mark and make sure that the Actual Elevation (“Highest Ridge”) is at or
under this mark.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf)
