Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Parking:
1. Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 17.50.020.A.1.a requires single-family
dwelling units to maintain two parking spaces onsite. Please simply show (on a site plan) how you
will still be able to provide two parking spaces onsite after you enclose the existing carport. It may be
helpful to know that ECDC 18.95.030.B. states that one tandem space may be provided in order to
meet the minimum required parking on the property.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
