I apologize for not catching this with the last review, but it appears that the 12x12 decorative columns on the front entry to not meet the minimum 25 foot street setback. Setbacks are measured from the property line to the structure, excluding up to 30 inches of eaves, pursuant to ECDC 21.90.020. Please revise the site plan to show that the new addition meets setbacks – if this means revising the look of the front entry, please update the elevations to match. I would be happy to discuss this with you further, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
