Dear Applicant,
I have re-reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue:
Setbacks:
1. I apologize for not catching this with the last review, but it appears that the 12x12
decorative columns on the front entry to not meet the minimum 25 foot street setback. Setbacks are
measured from the property line to the structure, excluding up to 30 inches of eaves, pursuant to
ECDC 21.90.020. Please revise the site plan to show that the new addition meets setbacks – if this
means revising the look of the front entry, please update the elevations to match. I would be happy to
discuss this with you further, please don’t hesitate to ask.

(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Theresa Umbaugh) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon
