Thank you for revising your plans so that the front entry will no longer have columns/projecting modulation and will meet the minimum 25 foot street setback. However, these changes were only shown on a few of the documents (sheet A-2 looks great). Please revise the following sheets to make them consistent with your new plan.  Please revise (or redline) the “east” and “south” elevations of sheet A-8 to remove the modulation.  Please revise (or redline) the “first floor plan” of sheet A-1 to remove the columns.  Please revise (or redline) the site plan to remove the columns from the stoop. Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
