Dear Applicant,
I have re-reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue:
Setbacks:
1. Thank you for revising your plans so that the front entry will no longer have
columns/projecting modulation and will meet the minimum 25 foot street setback. However, these
changes were only shown on a few of the documents (sheet A-2 looks great). Please revise the
following sheets to make them consistent with your new plan.
Please revise (or redline) the “east” and “south” elevations of sheet A-8 to remove the
modulation.
Please revise (or redline) the “first floor plan” of sheet A-1 to remove the columns.
Please revise (or redline) the site plan to remove the columns from the stoop.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Theresa Umbaugh) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon
