During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Soils reports must be site specific. Soil test pits and logs are required for each site. Please
provide. They can not be from adjacent site. Soils report from Dent -lis M. Bruce, PE dated June
21, 2006 specifies that 4 test pits were dug. Provide site plan from Dennis M. Bruce, PE
showing test pit locations as well as soil logs for each test pit as required by TRC chapter 4.

4) Some eaves are still not shown on the site plan. Please revise to clearly show all eaves. Show
all eaves on the site plan along the driveway entrance.
