Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Dugouts:
1. What will the dugouts look like? The Environmental Checklist states “aesthetics will not
be altered.” Please submit a detail of the dugouts for administrative design review.
FYI:
2. I realize we went over this at the pre-application meeting, but just as a reminder, this is a section
of the code that might apply to any future work planned for this site. Please let me know if you have
any questions or think you might trigger the conditional use permit processes.
ECDC 16.80.010.C.3:
Uses requiring a Conditional Use Permit include bleachers, playfield
lighting, and structures over 25 feet in height.
