The smallest rectangle used to determine the average original grade must include the columns that support the deck. This means that points A and D will move further west a smidge and will slightly lower the average original grade and maximum height. Please move points A and D to enclose the columns and update the height calculations accordingly. Please make sure that the project still remains under the 25’ height limit. Please update sheet A301 (north elevation) regarding Average Grade, Maximum Height, and Actual Height (highest ridge). Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
