I couldn’t quite get the footprint of the old site plan to match up with the new site plan that was submitted. This makes me think that there may be some exterior changes proposed (or that were done). An increase in the footprint would trigger an increase in the number of parking spaces, among other things. Please confirm. If the exterior has changed, please describe. If the work is ALL interior, please note. Exterior Colors/Materials: 2. Are there any proposed changes to the exterior of the structure? If so, please provide color samples and a description of the building materials proposed for design review. Exterior changes to structures in any multi-family or commercial zone are required to go through some form of design review. Critical Areas Checklist: 3. There is no Critical Areas Checklist associated with this site. If there are any exterior changes proposed, a CA checklist is required – please see enclosed and fill it out and turn it in (with the owner’s signature), along with the $135 review fee.
