I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1.Landscaping:
Notes on the plans indicate new landscaping areas and reference a landscape plan. Please submit
said landscape plan to aid in the design review process.
2.Site Plan:
Please include a reduced size site plan with the next submittal.
3.Exterior Colors/Materials:
Are there any proposed changes to the exterior of the structure? If so, please
provide color samples and a description of the building materials proposed for design review. Exterior changes
to structures in any multi-family or commercial zone are required to go through some form of design review.
No response received from previous request – please submit elevations with color samples for design review.

4.Critical Areas Checklist:
There is no Critical Areas Checklist associated with this site. If there are any
exterior changes proposed, a CA checklist is required – please see enclosed and fill it out and turn it in (with the
owner’s signature), along with the $135 review fee.
No response received from previous request – please note that the critical areas reconnaissance review takes
approximately two weeks. Please turn in the required Critical Areas Checklist (enclosed) as soon as possible
so as not to hold up your building permit.
