During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) As required by Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter 19.00.005(C)(7), the pool
area must be completely surrounded by a substantial fence at least six (6) feet in height. No
openings in the fence or gate shall be greater than two (2) inches and a self-closing, self -
latching gate must be provided with an inside lock inaccessible to children. If 5' fence is
proposed along the West property line please show extent of pool fencing in order to meet
the above City code. Also, specify if existing or proposed.
