During review of the submitted Encroachment Permit it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.All documents to be recorded at Snohomish County are to meet the recording requirements set forth by the
County.
Exhibit “A” shall have 1” clear margins around the entire document.
Exhibit “B”, showing the encroachment, shall have 1” clear margins around the entire document. This
exhibit also needs to clearly represent the area of encroachment and is only for the purpose of showing
the encroachment. A plot plan of the entire site is not required.
2.An insurance certificate is required to be sumitted with the Encroachment Permit application. Please review
www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
Encroachment Permit Handout #E26 available on the City’s website at under the
Engineering Division of the Development Services Department.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
