This exhibit also needs to clearly represent the area of encroachment and is only for the purpose of showing the encroachment. A plot plan of the entire site is not required. 2.An insurance certificate is required to be sumitted with the Encroachment Permit application. Please review www.ci.edmonds.wa.us Encroachment Permit Handout #E26 available on the City’s website at under the Engineering Division of the Development Services Department. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
