You have listed two numbers for “point A” of Building 1 – the site plan shows that point A is 428.85 but in the height calculation table below it is shown as 428.45. Please make these figures consistent. Please add the both the “Actual Height” and the “Maximum Height” of the buildings to the front elevation of Page 1 (thank you for providing the “Average Grade” of the buildings on the front elevation). 2.Coverage: Are the covered decks and the covered porches included in your lot coverage calculations that are shown on the site plan? If so, please show the math breakdown, including the covered decks and covered porches. Please note that the maximum lot coverage in this zone is 45% of the lot. 3.Setbacks: The bay window bumpouts along the northern elevation on the site plan are shown at 14.82/14.67 feet from the northern property line. The minimum setback distance along the northern property line is 15 feet. Please revise as necessary to meet the minimum 15 foot setback requirement. Thank you for your cooperation.
