8. 8/3/07 — The driveway is proposed to be constructed with an inverted crown as shown on the last couple
civil plan submittals. I just noticed that the cross slope on each "side" of the driveway well exceeds our
standard of 2% and is shown to be between 1.3% - 4.5%. Please revise to be consistent with City standards.
My apologies for not noticing this in the last go around.

SHEET C-3 — GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN

4. 8/3/07 — Lowest footing elevation has been shown to be at 426.50 for the west building and 426.00 for the
east building. These elevations are approximately 1' to 2' lower than existing site topography grades. On
June 25, 2007 the City received copy of a geotech investigation for site and foundation improvements for
this property from HWA. This report indicates foundation excavation will be at least 4 feet deep or greater.
Please revise the grading calculations to be consistent with the results of this report.
