3.Show dumpster location on Dayton St.
4.Provide a scaffolding type pedestrian tunnel along the sidewalk or a chainlink pathway within the parking

Minimum access width, with no obstructions, shall be 48”.
5.Why is the eastbound travel lane being rechanneled? This indicates you plan to take up more than just the
parking area. If this rechannelization is for crane out riggers, the outriggers shall remain within the
confines of the parking stall.
6.Show driveway cuts on the north side of Dayton street at least beyond where any channelization cones
may be placed. If rechannelization is necessary, extend a row of cones to the stop bar so people know
where the adjusted travel lane is and add and taper cones in parking stalls on the north side, and east of
the end of rechannelizing cones to delineate what is parking and what is the temporary travel lane.

7.Show existing utilities to be cut and capped at the property line.
8.The legend annotation “G” indicating ‘road narrows ahead’ needs to be changed to reflect a lane shift,
one to the left and one right.
9.The plans indicate a truck route through the building. Are you creating a vehicular path through the
building. If so, is the structure sound enough for vehicle loads and will there be limitations?
10.Place a sign at the alley entrance that states the alley is closed to all construction vehicles.
11. The access to the alley via the upper parking lot cannot be closed.
12.Who are the 8 parking stalls for?
