THIS LETTER IS A PRE-LIMINARY AGREEMENT BETWEEN ADJOINING
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE CREATION OF A SEWER EASEMENT. THE
PETERSON'S (PROPERTY OWNER #2) ARE TO BUILD A GUEST HOUSE (#2006 -
1315 in progress). THERE IS NO SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION AVAILABLE,
UNLESS A GRINDER PUMP IS USED. ALL PARTIES WOULD PREFER A GRAVITY
SANTITARY SYSTEM. THIS WILL REQUIRE A DRAINAGE PATH FROM THE
NEW GUEST HOUSE TO THE PROPERTY SW CORNER, THEN DOWN THE NEW
EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF PROPERTY # 1, ENDING WITH AN
ATTACHMENT TO THE EXISTING SEWER STUB IN OLYMPIC AVE.
A LAWYER IS WORKING ON THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE
EASEMENT AND WILL RECORD IT WHEN FINISHED. A COPY WILL BE MADE
AVAILABLE TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS.
