Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Thank you for submitting a clear and to-scale site plan. Some of these items were left off of the last
submittal. Please clearly show the following items on the site plan (redlining these changes is ok).
Please clearly call out the datum point that you ended up using for the height calculations. It is unclear
which point you ended up choosing for your height calculations.
Please add the height calculations to the site plan, including the smallest rectangle that will enclose all of
the building footprint, points A, B, C, and D, and the Average Grade, Actual Ridgeline, and Maximum
Height. Please make sure that these calculations are consistent with the figures provided on the elevation
views.
Please add the lot coverage calculations and impervious surface calculations (the breakdown by area) to the
site plan.
Please redline the western building setback line. The label says 20 feet, however the minimum distance is
25 feet.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected
sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf ) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If you have
