Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison. 1.Please provide additional detail with regards to the tree located in the center of the parking lot and show any landscaping areas or curbing that may be surrounding the tree. There will need to be some protection, such as curbing, to prevent vehicles from backing into the tree. 2.Indicate on the plans which parking stalls are to be removed. 3.Proposed parking stalls shall be a minimum of 16 ½’ x 8 ½’. Please revise the plans accordingly. 4.Vehicles will still need sufficient room to turnaround. City standards require a drive aisle width of 24’ for 2-way traffic. There should be at least 24’ between the parking stalls and the tree with the proposed perpendicular parking configuration.
