Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison. 1.The plan revision received 12/11/07 is a little unclear. There are two site plans provided, the top plan labeled as the Demolition Plan and the lower labeled as the Site Layout Plan. There is also a note by the “Demolition” plan that states New Parking Plan. In some respects this does appear to be the new parking plan, but the required ADA stall is not shown on this plan. Please revise plans as necessary to provide an accurate demo plan showing all stalls to be removed and likewise, an accurate New Parking Plan that shows new parking stall configuration with all required parking spaces. 2.Configuration of parking lots with one-way drive aisles requires parking stalls to be placed at an angle. Please refer to the attached Figure 18.1 for guidelines on how to configure the parking stalls. It appears as though the parking stalls could be placed at a 65 or 70 degree angle.
