The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1.Indicate on the drawing to replace the existing westerly driveway cut and wings with standard curb and
gutter and sidewalk.
2.Indicate the existing concrete parking apron on the west end of the side to be removed.
3.Show the existing retaining wall along the west property line
4.Show the location of the existing water meter and service to the building.
5.Is there an existing irrigation system? If so, show the location of the backflow preventer. If not, a
backflow device needs to be shown on private property and behind the meter.
6.Show existing storm catch basins.
7.How will the parking lot drainage be contained on site?
8.The existing pavement edge along the fence line is irregular and failing. Indicate on the drawing the
extent of pavement work and resurfacing.
9.There is no existing parking lot striping on site. Provide parking stall dimensions. Parking stall size is
8.5’ x 16.5’ and the barrier free stall is 8.0’ x 16.5’ with a 5’ striped area immediately adjacent to the
stall.
10.Provide the slope of the existing pavement where the barrier free stall will be placed. Does the existing
slope meet ADA requirements? Indicate the slope of the new concrete walk next to the barrier free stall.

11.The most westerly stall shown on the drawing does not meet minimum size requirements, therefore
cannot be used as a parking stall.
12.What are the rectanglar boxes in front of the building? Are these suppose to be concrete porches? These
do not currently exist.
13.Does the proposed water feature have a drain? If so, where does it go? It must be connected to the
building sewer. If it does have a drain show the drain pipe and connection point to the sewer line.
