Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1.Parking Lot – Number of Stalls:
Planning needs to make sure that there is no net loss of parking
stalls with your parking lot layout revision. I am unclear which stalls are to be removed and which
stalls are to be added. Please make sure that there is no net loss of parking stalls – they can be
rearranged on site to meet the Engineering Division’s requirements, however the number of stalls
cannot be reduced below what you have now. Please clearly label the site plan (existing stalls to
remain, existing stalls to be removed, and proposed new stalls) and make sure that each stall meets
the Engineering Division’s required measurements. Sincere thanks for continuing to preserve the tree
in the middle of the parking lot!

(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Marie Harrison) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
