Please add the following labels, to scale, on Sheet A4 (elevations): Maximum Elevation, Average Elevation, Actual Elevation. Redlining these figures (to scale) is acceptable. The height calculations provided on the site plan indicate that the Average Elevation is 51.125, Maximum is 81.125. Please show these numbers, along with the Actual Elevation, on an elevation view so that I can confirm that the project remains under the height limit. Thank you for your cooperation. Please provide a written response to the above mentioned items. And, please redline your plans to reflect any changes – or, if you are submitting new plans, please submit 3 site plans (one must be reduced size) and 2 sets of the changed pages of the plans.
