Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1.Height:
Please provide the “maximum elevation,”“average elevation,” and the “actual elevation” on
sheet A4 (see the old sheet A4 which was redlined on 6/21/07). The approved plans were very near
the height limit. Please make sure that the height calculations have been updated accordingly, and
please make sure that the new roofline does not exceed the height limit (25 feet + 5 feet if “roof only”
slope is 4/12 or greater per ECDC 16.30.030.A).
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
