The approved plans were very near the height limit. Please make sure that the height calculations have been updated accordingly, and please make sure that the new roofline does not exceed the height limit (25 feet + 5 feet if “roof only” slope is 4/12 or greater per ECDC 16.30.030.A). Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
