I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the
Planning Division and it was found that the following will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Lot Coverage: Since it is difficult to calculate the total lot coverage due to the shape
of the proposed residence, please put a bold outline around the entire area that was
included in your lot coverage calculations. You are welcome to redline this at the
counter.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets
only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon
or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-
