RE: BLD-2007-0022 (Second Review)
Dear Mr. and Ms. Sanders,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Please clarify the
following:
Garage:
Is the garage detached or attached? One of the site plans labels the garage as detached, but
when looking at the roof plan, it looks like it could be attached.
If the garage is attached, then I can complete my review.
If not, the height calculations must exclude the garage. Since your site plan includes
topography lines, it appears that in adjusting the height calculations, the proposed
addition will still be within the allowable height. Please revise the site plan and elevation
views accordingly. It would not be necessary for your architect to print new copies, if
you’re willing to make the handwritten changes yourself. You can redline the plans at our
office. The office is open 9am to noon and 1pm to 4pm.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Theresa Umbaugh) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon
or 1pm to 4pm. If you have any questions, please call me at (425) 771-0220, extension 1330. I am in the
office Mondays, Wednesdays, and until noon on Fridays.
