During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.A patio exists between the house and the carport. Please show the patio on the site plan. Also, dimension
the patio area and state the date of construction.

2.In order to have a looped driveway a second driveway approach will need to be constructed on 171 St SW.
As the driveway currently exists, vehicles are required to drive over the asphalt walkway to enter the
driveway. The site plan shall be revised accordingly.
3.The driveway approaches, as poured, do not match into the existing grades of the City asphalt walkway.
Sections of the concrete driveway will need to be removed and replaced to match grades.
4.A right-of-way construction permit is required to perform work in the City right-of-way. Prior to any
construction towards corrective action a right-of-way permit must be obtained from the City of Edmonds.
Upon approval of this application, a right-of-way permit will be available for purchase and issuance at the
Development Services Department. A licensed, bonded contractor must sign for the permit application.
5.The approved civil construction plans for Charlotte Gardens, plotted 11/30/04, indicates only one driveway
leading to the property. Revise the site plan submitted with this application to accurately reflect existing and
proposed (constructed prior to permit) driveway and parking areas.
6.Dimension the driveway and parking pad and state the date of construction for each.
