During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Parking stalls #5 & #6 do not have sufficient access. A drive aisle for two way traffic must be 24’ in width.
A drive aisle for one way traffic must be 12’ in width. The plan submitted only shows clearance of 10’
between the building and parking stall #4. The parking stalls as proposed do not meet City standards and
cannot be used.
2.Parking stall #3 scales out to be 8’ in width instead of the required 8.5’ width. Please revise.
3.The site plan indicates new asphalt paving. Please state what the previous surface material was as well. If
the existing surface was not impervious, you will be required to construct a storm detention system with this
project. Please refer to City handout #72 – Storm Water Management - which can be viewed at
www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
under the Engineering Division of the Development Services Department.
4.Please submit a traffic impact analysis worksheet. Please refer to City handout #E82 – Traffic Impact
Analysis Requirements – which can be viewed on the City website as noted above.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
