Project: Old Milltown Non -Structural Demolition
Project Address: 201 5th Ave S.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to
how it has been addressed (support with code sections where applicable), and where changes can be
found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit
Coordinator.
1) Revise Sheet A1.0 and D Sheets to clearly note and show specifically what demolition work is
part of the scope of work for this permit.
2) Provide minimum number of required restrooms outside of the designated construction work
area for remaining open business spaces.
3) The truck route is shown going through the existing building. Provide structural plans, sections,
details and calculations (stamped by WA State Licensed PE) to show that the existing
construction will support the proposed truck loads and how this will be accomplished.
4) Provide a new written scope of work for the permit application.
5) Provide a schedule to show the proposed timing of the project (such as resubmittal for the main
remodel, start of construction and completion of restrooms in south building, start of non-
structural demolition, start of main remodel, etc.).
6) Show scaffolding tunnel meeting minimum 7'-0" headroom clearance, and accessible route of
travel.
