Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
ADU Covenant:
1. One of the conditions of the conditional use permit approval (CU-2006-101) for the
accessory dwelling unit was that the owner, William English, record an ADU covenant with the County
Auditor’s Office. If this has been done, please turn in a copy with the recording number on it at your
earliest convenience. If not, please see enclosed covenant. It needs to be notarized and recorded.
The County will charge $32 for recording. Or, we can have it recorded for you, but will charge an
additional $15 service feet ($47). I took the time to fill in the property address, tax account number,
and legal description for you, which I found online at the County Assessor’s website. Please do not
write in the margins, as the County has strict recording requirements.

Coordinator (Marie Harrison) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If you have any
