During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) New structural calculations submitted from Wendell Reed, PE specify a T3 on the lower floor
layout sheet but there is no T-3 holdown in the schedule. Please add.
2) Holdowns at the basement storage room in the calculations do not match the plans. Plans specify
PHD6. If this is a retrofit bolt it needs to be specified by the Engineer of Record including
minimum embedment. If epoxy is used special inspections are required. Complete the enclose
special inspection agreement for signed by the owner, special inspector and the contractor.
3) On the foundation plan clearly show what walls are existing and what are proposed and provide
foundation details stamped and signed by the Engineer of Record including calculations for all
proposed walls including new wall at the stairs, storage room., wall between recreation room and
hall and the stairs.
4) Garage detail on the foundation plan specified 1912. This detail does not exist. Please provide.
