Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) The International Residential Code requires a continuous foundation under all exterior walls. Now that the carport is being enclose please provide foundation detail and plan for continuous foundation support around the exterior walls. See attached sample.
