During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) On the site plan and floor plans show minimum 36" hard surface landing at the bottom of the stairs and at the new french doors in the dinning room. 2) In the new master bath please clarify how the shower will be accessed (through the bathtub?). 3) R403.1.3 requires all vertical rebar to have a standard hook. Revise all foundation details to reflect. 4) The roof framing plan specifies existing ridge over the new addition area. Please clarify. If this area is all new please specify proposed ridge and provide calculation. 5) Specify deck surface material. If using torch down roof please submit manufactures specifications to verify that it is approved to be used as a walking surface. 6) Provide section detail between the garage/roof deck and the new addition showing guardrail, change in roofing materials, direction of drainage, etc. A guardrail is required between the deck and the roof of the addition. Please clearly note on the plans.
