Project Address: 19109 Dellwood Dr.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please specify if shed is heated and if so, how (i.e. electric baseboard, gas furnace, etc.). Also, if
heated insulation must meet current Energy Code (R-30 floor, R-21 wall and R-38 attic).
2) IRC R403.1 requires all exterior walls to have a continuous foundation. Foundation and floor
framing (2x4 on P.T. railroad ties) does not meet conventional construction. Revise to
continuous poured foundation and floor joist floor system or provide calculations stamped and
signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer.
3) Roof framing as shown on the plans does not meet conventional construction. Revise to meet
conventional roof framing or provide calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State
Licensed Professional Engineer.
4) Provide complete deck framing and foundation information on the plans. Also add deck to the
elevation views.
