RE: Plan Check 4 2006-1340
Project: Sherin SFR
Project Address: 9407 232nd St SW
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Show proposed keystone wall on the site plan and provide top and bottom wall elevations at 5'
intervals.
2) On the site plan clearly distinguish between existing grades, proposed grades and easements.
Currently they are all shown with the same dashed line and it is very confusing where they
overlap.
3) Short plat survey shows a 10' access and utility easement strip along the West property line (94th
Place). Please add to site plan.
4) Short plat survey shows the 10' PUD easement along the East property line wrapping around to
the North property line. Please also add this to the site plan.
5) On the site plan label covered porch and show all concrete patios and landings and fireplace
bumpout.
6) Please complete the enclosed vapor barrier/slab insulation page of the Energy Form. This page
was left blank.
7) Provide calculation for garage man door header with point load from GB 1,
8) Specify bolting/nailing for GB2 (4) 2x12.
9) Provide calculation for 4x8 floor beam under the foyer/powder room with point load from B3 as
well as the 4x10 power room beam.
10) No foundation support is specified under the 4x 10 hall beam near the nook or at the 4x 10 hall
beam at the stairs. Clarify how all loads are carried to bearing at these locations.
11) Provide calculations to justify that a larger footing is not required at both sides of GB3.
