Project: Warren Medical Building Revised site/parking plan
Project Address: 21727 76"' Ave W
During review of the revised plan for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be
found on the plans. Submit 3 sets of revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. The approved site plan for the project is Sheet A-1.0, which is stamped/signed by the architect of record.
Sheet A-1.0 must be revised and submitted for City review and approval, and must be stamped and
signed by the architect of record. It cannot show less information than the original approved site plan.
For example dimensioned parking stalls, cross-references to plan details, the numbering of the stalls
needs to coordinate to show all parking stalls on site, etc. The revised architectural site plan must also
show all existing rockeries, walkways, dumpster, etc. that were not shown on the original approved site
plan.
2. A revised reduced copy of the plan (no larger than 8 %2 x 14 paper) is required.
3. Dimension each of the accessible parking stalls on the site plan and cross-reference the construction
detail show on the approved plans.
4. The painted access aisle between stalls 30 and 31 must continue as a crosswalk behind stalls 29 and 30
and connect to the access aisle for stall 29 where the curb ramp is located. Show and dimension the
crosswalk (44" min. width) on the plans.
