During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:

4.7/1/07 comment - A parking plan / striping plan shall be included with the civil construction drawings.
12/18/07 - Response comments states this is included with the landscaping plan. Please include a copy

of the striping/signage/parking plan with the civil plans. It appears as though some information is
provided on the landscape plan and some information is provided on the site plan.
5.7/1/07 comment - Show all easements on the site plan and provide legal documentation for each. If this is
one parcel are there really easements for access & utilities or just maintenance agreements?
12/18/07 Easement area shown. Need to provide copy of easement legals.

6.Thank you for providing a cost estimate. Please revise the estimate to include the following:
Traffic control

Asphalt paving of the water main trench

Water main trench excavation & backfill
o
Thrust blocking required at bends and fire hydrant

Washed rock backfill for the filter fence.

12/18/07 Response letter states TCP is revised and attached. I do not show record of a revised TCP
being submitted.

1.According to the plans, the water main appears to be out of the 240 St SW travel lane. The water main tie

in is shown to be in 84 Ave W on the south side of the intersection. If this information is accurate, then the
traffic control plan shall be revised accordingly.
2.Clearly indicate edge of pavement and travel lanes. Identify existing widths of street / lanes.
3.The work zone shall be clearly shown and protected.
4.The location of signage shall be in advance of the work zone.

5.Is the signage for Motorcycles use extreme caution required on 240? Will there be disruption to this
street and will steel plates be used? If steel plates will be used then signage appropriate for this shall be
incoroporated into the TCP.
6.Provide a traffic control plan for the work proposed within the cul-de-sac.
