Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. Items below are new based on relines added 1/24107 1) Please provide new clean elevation sheet 14 showing new roof, floor elevations, existing grade, height calculations, etc. Too many redlines have been added and plans are very confusing. 2) For all sheets that are stamped by the Engineer of Record no redlines can be made without a letter from that Engineer giving permission to do so. Please provide complete clean stamped plans or letter from Baker Engineers giving permission to make changes. 3) It appears that the upper floor plate line has been changed according to redlines on sheet 13. Please also revise section A on sheet 10 to show how minimum 7' headroom is being maintained. Also, revise section C on sheet 11 and any other pages that change as a result of the roof change (i.e. roof framing plan). 4) It has come to my attention that the existing foundation may not be concrete. Details say 8" wall. Is this CMU, concrete, etc.? Please note on plans. If other than poured concrete please provide detail to show that the wall dimensions and reinforcement complies with IRC chapter 4 or provide calculations from the Engineer of Record to verify that what is existing will support additional loads.
