Complete the enclosed special inspection agreement signed by the owner, the general contractor and the special inspector and submit to the City for approval prior to issuance. • Kwick Bolts • Epoxy 21) 2/6/07 New: Per Gina Coccia's comments from the Planning Division dated January 2, 2007 there is no approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. New plans removed references on the floor plan to the ADU but some of the notes still reference the Accessory Dwelling Unit (i.e. note 16 on sheet 3). If approval for the ADU isnot being obtained please remove all references on the plans. Also this area must be accessible from the house. As shown this is still an accessory dwelling unit.
