4) 2/6/47 Response says see note 16 but note 16 does not address garage/dwelling separation and
I could not find any other note in the garage that takes care of this correction. Still need. Note
garage/dwelling separation on plans. Minimum 1/z" sheetrock required on garage side of wall and
518" type X on the ceiling when there is habitable space above and minimum 20 minute rated or

19) 2/6/07 Note 23 was added but it is still not called out or shown at the front porch area. Please
show footing on the plan and reference note 23. Clarify on the foundation how the front porch
4x8 beam will be supported. Currently nothing is shown.
20) 2/6/07 Will need prior to permit issuance. Special inspections are required for the following.
Complete the enclosed special inspection agreement signed by the owner, the general contractor
and the special inspector and submit to the City for approval prior to issuance.
• Kwick Bolts
• Epoxy
21) 2/6/07 New: Per Gina Coccia's comments from the Planning Division dated January 2, 2007
there is no approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. New plans removed references on the floor
plan to the ADU but some of the notes still reference the Accessory Dwelling Unit (i.e. note 16
on sheet 3). If approval for the ADU isnot being obtained please remove all references on the
plans. Also this area must be accessible from the house. As shown this is still an accessory
dwelling unit. Also, covenant will need to be recorded.
